@Appyg99 For me, great change has come from introspection after bad times, but introspection after good times (eg birth of my child, marriage, professional wins, etc) has changed me too by helping me connect with deep gratitude & rewrite unhelpful stories I had that caused some bad times

I literally don’t know anyone that changed from introspection during good times. The only change I’ve ever seen in people comes with age & experiences that break them down. Bad times changes people, good times makes people soft

am i the only one who'd rather eat glass than do whatever 'introspection' is? i basically stopped completely at like 22 when i realized no one was actually changing and everyone was talking in circles. maybe just do stuff and think less? worrying is it's own disease

wouldnt it be cool if a twitter group DM could "expand" into a "discord" of sorts organically, and then if it starts to get inactive it sort of gently folds up in on itself? or like a large group chain with lots of replies, materializing into a sort of tweet-turned-temp-chatroom
