Got to ATL international terminal at 3:20, 4.5 hrs before flight. Security took 10 minutes! Apparently morning is the really busy time because of flights to the Caribbean (according to a Delta person).

@jwawk @Parkerlawyer I can, but I don't. Normally wait times aren't that big of a deal. And actually today it was 10m in the regular line in international. 3pm. I guess it's all about what time you arrive

I am seeing all the posts about Atlanta airport and how horrible it is. I am here. Everyone is friendly, almost festive even. The lines are long but moving swiftly. I have digital id tsa pre check and the line was significantly longer than normal but we still got through in less than 30 mins. Just get here early and show a little patience and grace. The employees are doing the best they can and most are doing it with a smile.

@krisvancleave @ATLairport @TSA These are nice things to do, but relatively cheap. The city needs to stand up and front these people until the government eventually gets its ass in gear.
