@ConstantContact I tried everything. My question did not fit any of your choices and the robot just kept repeating the same denial. This has never happened to me before, as I consider your support to be world class usually. I’ve worked with your software for years!

@gdpuhara Hi Gerry. We did not hear of any issues over the past few days with our phone systems. When calling support, having a detailed reason for calling in will help you get routed correctly. General "speak to support" responses can lead to mis-routes and longer wait times. ^CM

@ConstantContact what is up with your support? I tried to call to ask a question. The robot lady did not understand "speak to support tech" or anything else that would get me to a human being. This was NOT on July 4, but on a weekday. Is phone support gone?

Received a package from Amazon today. Packaging torn open, items inside not on the invoice, label with my name and address torn off, address hand written on package. No option at @Amazon Customer Service for this .
