I have members and random accounts coming at me for calling out @DominionSoc as liars and hypocrites. They claim they support the LGBTQ+ community and support @gddub /Greg, but in the same breath they say Greg is “born again,” has “repented” for his sins, and is “no longer a gay man” while continuing to promote the preservation of Canada’s “traditional European-Christian heritage and social values.” Make that make sense. You cannot claim to support LGBTQ+ people while simultaneously treating being gay as something that needs to be repented for or left behind. That contradiction is exactly why people are calling out the hypocrisy. And if the organization truly believed there was nothing wrong with having a gay man as one of its leaders, why didn’t they stand strongly beside Greg and not allow or push for him to stepped down?
