Quite right for #Newsnight to say that Social Care has a planned fix in the future, but an urgent capacity problem right now needing national coordination of 100,000 jobs, and a national plan for increasing home care @1adass bottom line, no care fix, no health fix. @NorfolkASSD

We certainly do! To be clear social care is NOT the main cause of hospital discharge delays. This lazy reporting lacked data on causes. It is NHS services to provide a period of recovery at home which is lacking. There ARE social care shortages in the community. @1adass

Elderly lady calls 111 with concerning symptoms. Triage GP can’t get through to her on phone. I get sent to visit. Can’t get in house. Spent 30 mins talking to neighbours, climbing over gate etc. Turns out she’s been in hospital for hours 🤦‍♂️#waste #SharedCareRecordsNow

@TheJohnPerry @toruzz Then it has to be a fault in the Pocket’s FPGA simulation of the GBA. Still some work to fully optimise it I guess. Also slow progress on v1.1, further adapters (& associated cores) plus, will we ever see a jailbreak I wonder?

@geoffconnell @toruzz It's a rom hack, it seems to work fine via everdrive x3 on GBA but the same rom doesn't boot on analogue pocket
