Girls who choose to go on Mormon missions usually have relationships/commitment issues (for whatever reason). It’s a form of escapism for them. They’re not really about serving the Lord so much as they are avoiding their issues.

@LargeInStature_ Politicians are wierd. Many publicly contradict their personal views. I think Trump is actually personally pretty liberal, fiscally and socially. And while Romney is privately socially conservative and fiscally liberal, he’s publicly kind of opposite.

@ThoughtfulSaint The the shooter’s family fund has far surpassed the actual victims funds. We need a way to avoid sending a message that we are an easy paycheck for a suicidal person to shoot up a church in hopes that his family will benefit. We can’t put a target on our wards like that.

I need your help.
I know there are resources and aid going to the direct victims but what about the shooters son (who is struggling with a chronic medical condition). That boy did nothing wrong. He is a victim too.
In the past his mom did a go fund me to help them pay for his medical costs without much success.
Let’s take what was meant for evil and turn it to good. My friend Dave Butler put this together.

What happened down the road in Michigan yesterday was awful. No one should be killed in their place of worship. It is abhorrent. But for Mormons to be using this tragedy in an attempt to force Christians to acknowledge them as “one of us” is sickening. We do not hate you. But unless you are willing to affirm the Creeds and most importantly accept the co-equal, eternal and uncreated nature of the Holy Trinity of God the Father, God the Son and God the Holy Ghost, you are something else by definition. Words mean something. A Christian is a follower of Jesus Christ the Son of God, of the same substance with the Father, through whom all things were made. Revelation was complete with the Apostles. Now is not the time for you to shoehorn your cult into our faith. Stop it. Praying for you, and for all killed and injured in that awful incident yesterday. Also praying that you repent and come to know the true Gospel and embrace the one true living God.
