I would contend that Matt LaFleur not firing any assistants is more frustrating than losing the last 5 games (including blowing two leads vs. Bears). It's more frustrating than 15 years without a Super Bowl—especially since it comes right on the heels of all that.



Ed Policy has almost nothing to do with the day to day construction of the clubs roster. So your opinion is to hire a replacement whose best trait is roster construction? Make it make sense.

@EBrooksUncut Well, in his defense, both Morgan and VanNess will be primary starters next year and pretty damn important. But point is taken. I would have taken JSN over VanNess that season.
