Follow-up question: If a Dutch Tesla owner drives to Germany with FSD Supervised active — does it turn off at the border? The RDW approval has "provisional validity in the Netherlands." Germany hasn't approved it yet. So either: 🇳🇱 → 🇩🇪 FSD goes *pling* and deactivates at Bad Bentheim 🇳🇱 → 🇧🇪 Same at the Belgian border 🇳🇱 → 🇦🇹 Same entering Austria That would mean FSD only works inside one country. On a continent where you can cross 3 borders in 2 hours. Europe has 450M people, open borders, and millions of cross-border commuters. A country-by-country rollout with geofencing would be chaos. What we know so far: → RDW approval is Netherlands-only (not auto EU-wide) → Other countries can recognize it via mutual recognition — but each decides individually → Hardware is identical across regions, difference is software + geofencing → Tesla is actively cracking down on CAN bus hacking devices that bypass geofencing (Electrek, Apr 9) → KBA (Germany) expected to follow in 4-8 weeks → EU-wide harmonization targeted for summer 2026 So the real scenarios are: 1️⃣ Geofencing: FSD activates when crossing into NL, deactivates at the German border. Technically possible but not confirmed. 2️⃣ Registration-based: Only NL-registered vehicles get the OTA. German owners wait for KBA. 3️⃣ EU mutual recognition: KBA fast-tracks recognition, German Teslas get FSD within weeks. Nobody — not Tesla, not RDW, not KBA — has clarified this. The Mac Studio has double the bandwidth of the DGX Spark. For generating tokens, that means roughly twice as fast. The Mac Studio is a full computer with or without AI. The DGX Spark is a $4,699 Linux box that does one thing. NVIDIA announced this at $3,000. Shipped it at $4,000. Raised it to $4,700. You're paying a $1,000 NVIDIA tax for half the bandwidth and fewer capabilities. The only argument for DGX Spark is CUDA. If your entire workflow is locked into TensorRT-LLM and you need FP4 tensor cores, fine. Everyone else should just buy the Mac Studio.

Hervorragende und kompetente Menschen wurden gewählt. Man erklärt einen Klassenkampf gegen Unternehmer, macht die Energiepreise extrem teuer, zwingt zu enormer Bürokratie, besteuert alles, was das Zeug hält teilweise sogar mehrfach und erstellt dann Prognosen. Man diskutiert über eine Mehrwertsteuererhöhung und das Ende des Ehegattensplittings, erhöht die Krankenkassenbeiträge, wodurch die Kaufkraft der Bevölkerung sinkt, und korrigiert anschließend die Prognosen. Das ist keine Prognose das ist gewollt und selbst verursacht.

Bundeswirtschaftsministerin Katherina Reiche (CDU) rechnet für das laufende Jahr mit einem schwächeren Anstieg der Wirtschaftsleistung als ursprünglich prognostiziert. Zudem schließt sie Steuererhöhungen für Besserverdiener nicht aus. nius.de/politik/reiche…

first time I ever vibe coded something today basic website to centralize information around the channel, meetups, etc. in one place but it took an hour…and I didn’t see one line of code at some point I even yelled at Claude to fix a mistake that kept popping up and it was then fixed…felt like a product manager yelling at an engineer lol imagining use cases for the enterprise with this tech makes you realize how early we are… i pay $20/month but if it said I had ran out of credits…I would have no choice but to buy more, there’s no way I wouldn’t have which explains why the foundation model companies are growing so quick, especially with the coding usecase all of it flows back to $NVDA and the semis… macro is holding everything down but this trend is not going backwards…we are going higher website below ⬇️
