You can easily check the status of your update request using the #mAadhaar app. Install the #mAadhaarApp now from the Google Play Store or App Store.

@UIDAI @ceo_uidai @mygovindia If you don't have a infra then please don't mandate aadhaar everywhere. Failing to download an aadhaar from app/website for last 2 months even after multiple attempts to update. I've never seen a CS who asks to wait for 30days

Hi @AirAsiaIndia, after my bag got damaged, your customer care is asking for (1) bags invoice (2) age proof (3) PIR. Do you think anyone keeps the invoice of just a bag even after 4 years. Age proof shared with warranty card. Also how many people know PIR?

@AirAsiaIndia After I receiving a damaged bag from the luggage belt, your official didn't took any responsibility and your customer care is harassing by asking the same info again and again. Is that how you treat your customer?
