@UIDAI @ceo_uidai @mygovindia If you don't have a infra then please don't mandate aadhaar everywhere. Failing to download an aadhaar from app/website for last 2 months even after multiple attempts to update. I've never seen a CS who asks to wait for 30days

On reaching the concerned PO, they shared just a mobile number of the postman Akshay More(8087802319) and said they can't help further. The postman doesn't picks up the call at all.

Hi @AirAsiaIndia, after my bag got damaged, your customer care is asking for (1) bags invoice (2) age proof (3) PIR. Do you think anyone keeps the invoice of just a bag even after 4 years. Age proof shared with warranty card. Also how many people know PIR?
