Honestly everyone should get uptime set up before BFCM. For many brands we work with just being down for an hour could cost you 6-7 figures. The peace of mind alone is easily worth the cost.

These checkout issues happen multiple times each month on average, but the vast majority of issues stem from issues directly on a merchants store. That’s why the automated QA testing is so important if you’re on Plus.
