My mom has only driven Nissan Rogues for the past 10 years. But now she wants to switch. She wants to buy a new Honda CR-V instead. I asked her why. Her response: The CR-V is a bit roomier but more importantly, it comes in hybrid. HYBRID. Automakers need to wake up fast. The market is overwhelmingly demanding hybrids, with the only major exception being shoppers who are opting for full electric vehicles. As for Nissan… It needs to get its act together fast. It just lost a life-long customer.
