Has your charity migrated from physical severs to cloud based systems like Google Workplace or Microsoft Teams in the last year? How was it? I feel like many charities must have done this during the pandemic but I know precisely zero examples.

@charitychap Get a decent CRM system - so much can be built out of that in terms of communications, automation, business processes etc

5 years ago today, 4th Feb 2014 the minister, Lord De Mauley, said in Parliament "The Environment Agency will soon use its powers to revoke or vary abstraction licences without compensation where they are causing serious damage to the environment." How's that one working out?

Good Morning, it's Monday 4th Feb 2019. On 1st April 2004 section 27 of the Water Act 2004 came into effect. It allows for the "Revocation or variation", of an abstraction licence, without compensation, where that licence is causing "serious damage", to "any inland waters".
