@JJDizz1L @phoronix AFAIK, Linus was talking about the RISC-V ISA. This issue is tight to a specific CPU and is unrelated to the RISC-V ISA. Implementation bugs can (and do) happen on x86, ARM and others as well.

@ThouArtNEMO @phoronix The title is misleading. The performance hit will only affect code that relies on that unratified RVV instruction set after it's ported to non-RVV equivalent code. It's not a common use-case. Unless you made specific developments for RVV 0.7.1 you won't see any performance hit.

UnixBench aggregates many benchmarks, therefore improved IOs can greatly affect the global score. Same for Geekbench, better IOs can reduce CPU wait times.

4h de galère sans que rien fonctionne pour le moment, ma frustration est énorme. Oublié la solution Ollama, pas de support du monde RISC-V. Avec d'autres solutions qui demandent des modules python, c'est une galère, car tout n'est pas disponible pour RISC-V. Je vais y arriver.

@Scaleway_fr lance ses offres RISC-V. Le SOC utilisé est d'origine chinoise et développé par Alibaba. Le T-Head 1520 est un excellent SOC RISC-V. Conçu par un fournisseur de cloud pour le cloud. Même si on trouve des déclinaison dans les cartes de développement. Go test ❤️

@MrBidouille @aris_ada Il y a des heuristiques dans Blender pour améliorer le maillage, mais c'est pas magique. De mon côté, c'était gérable tant que les besoins sur les textures étaient pas trop complexes (type UV mapping). Il faut cependant être à l'aise avec les outils de sélection en edit mode.
