📢📢 IMPORTANT UPDATE📢📢 In its continuous attempt to silence me for speaking up against antisemitism and pro-terror activity on campus, @Columbia university has launched a groundless investigation into my social media activity. (Yes, my *private* social media activity here, on X.) Yesterday, I was investigated for eight hours by two white-collar criminal defense lawyers. (Yes, Columbia hired an expensive, external firm to conduct the investigation) Columbia could have used this money to fund tuition for more student from lower socioeconomic status. Columbia could have used this money to create new educational opportunities in Morningside Heights and Harlem, the communities within which it operates. Columbia could have used this money to create programs for Holocaust and antisemitism education. But those are not Columbia's priorities. There is no two ways about it. This is a clear act of retaliation against a Jew who has been speaking up against an administration's failure to address antisemitism and support for terrorism. That Jew happens to be me. But it could have been any one of us. ** For those asking what I am being investigated for: it's all here on X. Honestly, I don't care about the investigation. I care about the truth. Columbia may have hired fancy lawyers to be its henchmen, but they can't hide the truth from you. It's all public, open to the world to see. Each and every one of you can be the judge. When you speak the truth, you have nothing to hide. This is what transparency means. (Unfortunately, the lawyers didn't let me record the investigation. I guess *they* have something to hide). * So, in the name of transparency, here is my opening statement from yesterday:

There is absolutely no accountability at @Harvard. If I have anything to do with it, I'll make sure that the history books will remember the callous @Harvard administration AND all the donors who kept it afloat. Every decent American - Jews and non-Jews - should pull their money out of @Harvard immediately.

@Daniel_Sugarman It's an intellectual & moral awakening to the long history of oppression suffered by Palestinians. A call for justice. "From the river to the sea" pre-dates Hamas, pre-dates PLO, etc. For most, it does NOT mean "ethnic cleansing." It means unity b/w West Bank & Gaza & freedom 3/3
