Public footpath. For everyone. Except in the eyes of this farmer who does everything in his power to stop people using it .

@dougs_cars @YPLAC Most public footpaths and bridleways in the UK countryside go through private property, it’s only trespassing if you move off the path. The owner must not stop you from accessing the public right of way.

@els_jo @LucyPilot_ If the passengers have to stay at the diversion airport over night anyway, it doesn’t really matter where it is, they pick the one where they’ve got hotel capacities to accommodate them. I guess that’s why most of the Ryanair flights to Edinburgh were diverted to Cologne.

@Brandon_Y_Lee A looks overexposed and has too much contrast. B gives a more natural impression of the time of the day. Also the white balance seems to be neutralised in A, where B recognises that the light is just more blue overall during that time of the day and doesn’t overcorrect.

Also, I’ve got absolutely no idea where I am as busses here don’t have a display of what the next stop is (HOW CAN YOU NOT HAVE THIS????) and the bus hasn’t been cleaned for a decade, so I can’t see anything out the window either.

Verdict: sparse schedules and delays don’t go together, as each delay adds another hour of travel time due to a missed connection. I’ve also wasted about 30 quid on tickets I didn’t end up using and that you need a degree in scam sciences for to figure out how to get a refund.

Aachen was just for beginners, come to England and experience how low the bar can be. Takes me 4.5 hours today to get from Birmingham Airport to Brackley by public transport due to sparse schedules and delays, and according to Google, I should’ve just cycled.

Who needs trees and hedges if you can have wooden fences that make you feel like you’re living in the middle of a construction site
