It's unfortunate that the National Conversation™ on affirmative action and other problems with college admissions is so fixated on Ivies.
The real carnage from AA happens happens at Tier 2/3 schools, where the exclusions are less justifiable and real dimwits manage to slip in.

@gibsonabr @JoePostingg Bankruptcy can be good or bad for consumer / lender / shareholder interests all depending on the industry and specific circumstances. In the specific case of airlines any bankruptcy is generally bad for consumers / shareholders and can be bad for lenders compared to m&a

@glendowerowain @JoePostingg Philosophically I support the idea that "struggling companies should not be merged to absolve their troubles nor should the CEOs get golden parachutes out of it."
But we're gonna need to do a lot of work to get the public to think "bankruptcy is actually good compared to M&A."
