@ATRightMovies That’s right - I actually got taken to the set with my young boys at the time and not only met the squirrels but the oompah loompah guy too. My mate Alex was the artistic director. A great memory. 😎

In Tim Burton’s CHARLIE AND THE CHOCOLATE FACTORY, the squirrel room”scene wasn't all CGI. 40 real, trained squirrels were taught to sit on stools, sort nuts, and swarm Veruca Salt on cue.
