An Independent Disciplinary Commission has today expelled Southampton from the Sky Bet Championship Play-Offs after the Club admitted to multiple breaches of EFL Regulations related to the unauthorised filming of other Clubs’ training.
In addition, the Club has received a four-point deduction that will be applied to the 2026/27 Championship table.
The effect of today’s order is that Middlesbrough are reinstated into the 2026 Play-Offs and will proceed to the Play-Off Final against Hull City. The final remains scheduled for Saturday 23 May, with the kick-off time to be confirmed.

@DLeniscran That 10 quid he made from the live was clearly too tempting

@sw_holocron It’s a shame that her as a character has been butchered by the nonsense, stop making her boring

Dave Filoni says his favorite Star Wars character is Ahsoka Tano.
“Of course, I’m biased. I like Ahsoka, because I helped create her.”

@euinnocent @seasick999 @hb_history They are panicking because if their results drop, then it’s a facade to keep it up. They have an average turn over of teachers that outstrips every other school in the country. They are panicking because they have finally ran their course, for this exhaustive method
English

You call it panicking. That would be true for schools with a history of poor performance. This school has a history of excellent results, while using the same methods you condemn. They teach adequately during the 5 years and use these "compelled" revision sessions to dot their i's and cross their t's. Schools, teachers and parents that are happy with mediocre results shouldn't stand in the way of those that want the best.
English

@seasick999 @euinnocent @hb_history If you got nowt to say, other than baiting people. Wind your neck in. Clearly know nowt about schooling.
English

@seasick999 @euinnocent @hb_history Enforced revision, under threat of internal exclusion. Clearly senior leadership haven’t got their outcomes and are panicking after having these kids for 5 years.
English

@seasick999 @euinnocent @hb_history It’s been 5 years, they had 5 years to ensure these children have done well. Now they want to put them in internal exclusion? Such short termism in your views
English

@euinnocent @glennkol @hb_history Quite. I find it sad how many people here would rather not be inconvenienced than put their foot down and make sure their child has as much chance to do well as possible.
English

@euinnocent @seasick999 @hb_history No school would do that, they will make changes in the process. Not punish staff and children for 5 years of senior leaderships failures
English

@glennkol @seasick999 @hb_history There are schools who know their outcomes would be poor but senior leadership do nothing. I wouldn't attack a school that chooses to do something "controversial".
English

@seasick999 @hb_history No teacher or student wants this, it’s clearly the senior leadership panicking that their expectation outcomes are below.
English

@hb_history Can’t believe the comments. Schools don’t do enough, schools do too much. Be DELIGHTED a school is providing structured additional learning and support for your child’s future.
