And those 400 calories in modern diets is all protein as the fat is avoided. Fat is protective against oxidation, it also carries glycine and vitamin D is fat soluble(requires fat to be used).

binary genders do exist especially as gender expression… it’s a facet of our society, and just because it’s all a social construct doesn’t mean gender expression cannot be a binary thing for some people. i think you’re limiting your worldview to ur own experiences. i am genderfluid myself, andi find it odd that you can’t seem to understand people *do* exist at either end of the spectrum

i think trans men go through enough that they should be able to identify with binary genders through their indented labels, and not have to create a NEW label called ‘binary-identifying trans man.’ labels help people identify and find themselves. there’s no reason to limit a definition of gender to make those who already identify with those labels have to change. and if they’re on the spectrum, why do u even care if they’re referred to as transmasc??? its just a fucking word that accurately defines a non-binary (again, because i don’t think you understand, in the literal sense—off the man/woman binary gender expression). do you think all ‘binary’ trans people feel comfortable identifying as a type of non binary?? the trans women i know would feel extremely dysphoric to be grouped in with nonbinary people, because they identify as binary women. does it somehow make a non-binary person dysphoric to not be alligned with a binary gender?

@ShelbyLynnLFC I was so fed up with the squirrels that I made a mix of cheap cayenne, garlic powder, and dried red chilis and put it on the soil and it keeps them away. You have to put it on every couple of days and whenever it rains but its working so far.

Can we stop pretending food gardening is a cheap thing to do? I spent $65 on dirt and soil additives today. This was the third dirt run Ive done.
