@ATT in addition to the other issues, I ordered 2 phones to be delivered by YOUR VENDOR @goEnjoy & we haven't enjoyed their service or the phones as we haven't gotten them after being rescheduled 3x. Last delivery day they called to notify they were on the way & never showed.

@ATT has anyone actually received their order using @goEnjoy. They didn't deliver my phone yesterday as they texted. Your CSR said call Enjoy. Called & left a VM. No response. Called &stayed on the line for an alleged 8-minute response time. That was 47 minutes ago.

@goEnjoy @rojoenjoy -- Embarrassing "service". Had phone delivered to parents (both over 90yo). @goEnjoy rep had a friend tag along (is that legal?), stayed 10 min and left w/o setting up phone. Company responded by saying, sorry but nothing we can do at this point. Really???
