@EricLDaugh I love your post, but your recent constant use of that opening phrase, aside from being irreverent, is getting tiresome. It's similar to the overuse of the word "breaking." Maybe it's just me. I like fingernails on chalkboards personally, others don't.

🚨 HOLY CRAP! President Trump demands CRIMINAL CHARGES against the Hussein Obama Judge who unilaterally blocked his Kennedy Center renovations 47 exposes that the judge is connected to ERIC HOLDER, the Jan. 6 committee, and E. Jean Carroll through the judge's wife, among other Deep State actors IMAGINE THAT. "He has a total Conflict of Interest, and should be brought up on charges for not revealing these facts." "Judge Cooper’s wife, Amy Jeffress, who doesn’t use the “Cooper” name because they, as a couple, don’t want people to know that she has a Conflict of Interest with an important Judge, is a Radical Left Democrat, who worked as a Federal Prosecutor and Counselor to Obama Attorney General, Eric Holder, worked behind the scenes for the January 6th Unselect Committee of Political Hacks and Thugs, Dirty Cop FBI attorney Lisa Page in the Hillary Clinton Email Scandal, RUSSIA RUSSIA RUSSIA Hoax, and her Millions of Dollars Settlement, even though she was “guilty as hell,” and is currently representing Sleepy Joe Biden on the release of his audio tapes, and more." "She also works for the same Legal Firm that represented E. Jean Carroll who received a decision against me, now under appeal, that was shocking to the entire World." "Amy is totally wired into the Left System, from her husband down, and it is impossible for me to be treated fairly." "That is why The Kennedy Center will soon be closed, probably never to open again. That is why, at a different level, and with different players, our Country lost the TARIFF Case, and is forced to pay back 149 Billion Dollars in money received from people who hate everything we stand for." "They are laughing all the way to the Bank at how stupid we are (One half sentence clause from the Supreme Court would have saved us this incalculable amount of money!), and that is probably why our Country will lose the Birthright Citizenship Case (No other Country in the World has this — It is totally unaffordable!), because our Court System is RIGGED, no different than our Political System is RIGGED, and the people of our Country know it, and that is why I got overwhelmingly elected President, in Record Numbers, and will FIGHT, FIGHT, FIGHT! President DONALD J. TRUMP"

This predates yours, I expect, but we went a different route. We were using ancient technology called typewriters- or pen and paper if we went anywhere- until we paid $180,000 over retail for off-the-shelf computers that were certified not to leak transmissions that could be picked up by the Russians. Our self-destruct was that it was guaranteed not to survive an ICBM strike. Nobody knew how to use them, so after they collected dust for about 6 months I pulled out the manuals, read them, then taught others. My review said that my computer expertise was invaluable to the success of the mission. Again, I read the instructions.

I wrote the manual for the U.S. Navy Seals nuke proof laptop. It even had a self-destruct kill-switch. My model the self-destruct button was inertia but still worked. It was about 45 pounds in its hardened case. I took to the balcony in our office building and dropped it on the floor below. It broke floor tiles every time it bounced. Management wasn't happy but I proved it could survive with Seals. Loved playing with that thing! I feel ya, I wanted to put down often too!😂 Wore my arm and shoulder down!

@BuzzPatterson Hmmm, I must have been in training for your job. Every once in a while I would follow a particular person around with a 45 lb case, asking people not to point rifles at us. Not as much of a joke on that last bit as I would have liked.

@goawayray @brutalcams There is no where in the U.S. constitution that gives authority to SCOTUS to "interpretation of cases to the U.S. Supreme Court." NO WHERE. Chief Justice Marshall just DECLARED it on his own in Marbury v. Madison.

@JBirdsaid @brutalcams I didn't say there was case law. However, the US Constitution explicitly gives authority of interpretation of cases to the US Supreme Court. If you don't like it, why are you referring me to them? "Sorry, ma'am, I can't stop that guy from murdering you. He owns that field."

@goawayray @brutalcams YOU are the ignorant. There is no such thing as "case law". Just ask the SCOTUS. There is just the constitution. It is supreme law and ANY other law repugnant to it is null and void.

The original post included a video. At the time of my comment absolutely nobody had addressed the contents, and I believe I was the only one to address the dramatic change in accepted science, a term which would be repulsive to true scientists for the very reason you point out, and certainly the only one to go into detail. However, this change in terminology was not based on further scientific development, but agenda driven semantic manipulation to further presuppositions.

@goawayray @AiG No-one's throwing out accepted science but you do realise science improves over time. My agenda is providing accurate findings of science and not presuppositions. Yout link didn't contain a video.

I've been wanting to build a hybrid vehicle since 1977, did a little innovative AI work for the time in the '80s, no resources to do anything with it, and life took me different directions. I tinkered with robotics, but again, lack of resources. Autonomic driving has interested me for quite some time, and it concerns me that I have noticed occasional lapses in my driving ability while still being a far better than average driver. Humans are unpredictable and unreliable drivers. If I could get you to put my brain in a jar and hook it up to a robot or a car, that would be great.

@Barney02073101 @AiG I made specific clarifications, and in response you regeneralized. If you do so, you get the whole package. You don't get to throw out over 100 years of accepted science and pretend it didn't happen to suit your agenda. I notice you do not address the contents of the video.

@goawayray @AiG Can you point out where I accused those people of being creationists? I was accusing modern day charlatans like AiG of an agenda. All birds are literally a specialized subgroup of theropod dinosaurs. Scientifically, they are considered avian dinosaurs.

@Fa66otboy99 @RitaS35507630 @jason_howerton Testified, and got a hung jury. What exactly do you expect Paxton to do about that? The victim did not want to go through it again, so less chance of a conviction than the first time. I have been shot at tracking those animals, what have you done? Shut your hole!

Since I’m going to be hearing this for the next 6 months as a Texas voter, let me answer the question: “You would vote for an adulterer over James Talarico? That’s not very Christian.” Here’s the truth: I would rather vote for almost anyone else who is going to at least advocate for conservative *policies* over a literal heretic who wears my faith like a skin suit, advocates for policies that harm children, endorses immorality and generally harm society. Ken Paxton has personal baggage. I don’t deny that. But Talarico has plenty too — and he openly mocks God’s law and treats Jesus as a political mascot all while pushing a radical far-left agenda that would be a disaster for my state. You see, I’m an adult. I do not expect those who are seeking political office to be my moral superiors or even trustworthy. They are tools to be used to do the least amount of damage via policy. I wish more pastors and men who live godly lives were running. I really do. But the options we get are what they are. Paxton supports secure borders, law enforcement, lower taxes, unleashing American energy, the Second Amendment, just to name a few. Talarico supports unlimited abortion, trans-ing children, higher taxes, government-run “healthcare,” and is incredibly comfortable blaspheming the word of God. I’m not voting for a priest. I’m voting for an imperfect person to represent my interests. That’s how it works. You’re not going to guilt trip Texans into supporting a looney tunes candidate like Talarico. Paxton will win by 5+. It’s about policy, not personality.

No, he helped convict someone with the sure thing of a plea deal rather than an almost certain finding of not guilty on retrial after a hung jury and the victim not wanting to go through another trial. The accused also lost his license to practice law for five years under the agreement, at which time he would need to reapply- and considering his record, it is unlikely he would be approved. The alternative to Paxton is a systemic child predation advocate.

Pure revisionism. Are you saying the two names I gave were agenda driven creationists? Nonsense! Both were evolutionists, although Owen believed God worked through evolution. The agenda was clearly the modification of long held terminology. Prior to 1993 it was very widely taught that there was a gap of approximately 65 million years between dinosaurs and Homo sapiens. Once the accepted definition was changed as I described, suddenly we're eating Southern fried dinosaur. In spite of that agenda, it has still not taken universal effect. You can see by the link I provide USGS is showing a clearly evolutionist take, not creationist agenda driven by any means, and points out the original thinking on the subject, while acknowledging changes in thought among "some." Proper scientists! Not only do you insult most evolutionist scientists since Darwin, you would not have been able to follow or respond to this thread or any other without the work of James Clark Maxwell, for one, so I will understand if, to avoid appearing hypocritical, you immediately cease use of all electrical devices. usgs.gov/faqs/did-peopl…

@goawayray @AiG According to agenda driven creationists, no. According to proper scientists, yes. Birds are not just descendants of dinosaurs—they are officially classified as living, modern dinosaurs themselves.
