Rotten Tomatoes is so obviously rigged. Nolan’s The Odyssey is sitting at 97% audience score with only 2,500+ verified ratings. Meanwhile The Lord of the Rings: The Two Towers has 95% with over 250,000 real ratings. Yet some people are actually out here claiming Nolan’s The Odyssey is better than Lord of the Rings just because of these fake scores. Give me a break. Rotten Tomatoes is protecting another Hollywood humiliation ritual while actual people call it what it is. This is peak delusion.

The audience scores are in The Odyssey and rotten tomatoes is once again manipulating the ratings, as they are currently blocking negative scores. Metacritic is showing a more accurate picture of the real rating for the movie, rated at a 5.7 average. Other movies such as the woman king also boast a massively high viewer score of 99% despite its viewer score on metacritic at only 3.2.
