@airindia unable to claim points on my recent business class travel via Swiss Air. The AI customer support asked me to check with Swiss Air Support, but they circled me back to AI support team. Raised a service request 38849168 but no action till date!

@rapidobikeapp your driver asked me to pay 900 rs, else asked me to cancel. When I told him that he should cancel instead, he refused! When I called him, he threatened me and abused.. I then had to cancel at my end to book another ride! wtf!

@zomato @zomatocare wrong and burnt ordered delivered, that too with onion, even though my parents don’t eat it, hurting their religious beliefs and sentiments. They had to throw everything away. When complained, got only partially refunded with promo code! #Terrible #Zomato !!

@UPFSDA @fssaiindia Mithaas Sector 76 Noida is selling stale (atleast 2-3 days old) sweets and desserts. I ordered rasmalai and rasgullas from them and had to throw away everything after a bite. When I called the staff, they accepted that the items are stale and have gone bad!
