Delhi: Two PCR calls were received reporting the firing incident and the subsequent quarrel in Preet Vihar, where a quarrel over a parking dispute escalated into firing. The altercation involved Pankaj Nayyar (34) and his brother Paras (43) on one side, and Gaurav Sharma on the other. Gaurav Sharma allegedly opened fire during the heated argument. Pankaj Nayyar sustained a gunshot to the chest and was rushed to Malik Radix Health Care Hospital in Nirman Vihar, where he was declared brought dead. The accused, along with his accomplices, fled the scene after the tragic event. An FIR has been filed under sections 103(1)/115(2)/3(5) BNS and 25/27 of the Arms Act at Police Station Preet Vihar.
