@Gok Yes, electricity generation and transmission is a famously easy thing that doesn't have any sort of headwinds or challenges. Businesses don't face months-to-years long delays in building or expanding due to utility backlogs, of course not, what a silly thing to bring up

The Ocasio-Cortez administration can have ICE personnel serving warrants on behalf of IRS tax investigations or whatever else she wants them to do — worst case scenario is people who signed up to be a deportation force quit, but then the problem is solved.
