HERE IS EXACTLY WHAT CHINA WILL DO TO TAIWAN IN THE NEXT 90 DAYS This is not a guess. This is pattern recognition. China just circled Taiwan with 26 warplanes and 7 warships. They deployed 2,000 vessels to block the East China Sea. They just raised their military budget again at the Two Sessions meeting. America is deep in Iran with no exit. Here is what WILL happen next. Week 1: China will increase naval presence to 15+ ships around Taiwan. Week 2: China will declare an air defense zone — no flights in or out without Beijing's permission. Week 3: China will begin a full economic blockade of Taiwan's ports. Month 2: Taiwan's fuel reserves run out. Month 2: TSMC will shut down production — $10 trillion in chips stops flowing. Month 2: Global tech supply chain collapses instantly. Month 3: Gold will hit $7,000 per ounce as investors flee to safety. Month 3: Oil will hit $280/barrel as two war zones choke global supply. China will NOT fire a single missile first. They will starve Taiwan into submission. A blockade is cleaner than a war. It forces Taiwan to surrender without giving America a clear reason to respond. By the time Washington turns away from Iran, it will already be over. The world will wake up to a new map. Taiwan does not exist anymore as a separate country. TSMC belongs to Beijing. The entire chip supply of the world belongs to one man. Xi Jinping just became the most powerful human on the planet.

@OzTeslaGuy @Tesla Thom Drew isn't helping by stating working on it but can't give a timeline. Thats the same thing he said over a year ago when stating they are trying to bring the Cybertruck here.

OPINION: @Tesla FSD (Supervised) was released in AUNZ 6 months ago today. It was met with great excitement from the AUNZ Tesla community. Especially being the first RHD market for FSD. The version released was 13.2.9. The US soon after (early October) got v14. Over the last 6 months, the US have been receiving steady updates to v14 to the point where it’s practically ready for Unsupervised. For us, we’re still on v13.2.9. We haven’t received a single update over the last 6 months. On top of this, the promised HW3 update is no-where to be seen. I love FSD. I use it every day, but the lack of updates is hurting the profile of FSD in AUNZ. Many people have stopped using it because they don’t completely trust it. It has issues. Those of us who use it every day have had to learn when to trust it and when not to. The only communication we’ve seen about v14 is that it’s “in simulation” testing. No time lines, no indication of HW3. Meanwhile the US keep getting further and further ahead with their constant release cycle. Now it looks like we’re days away from Europe getting FSD and I’m sure it will be v14. @TeslaAUNZ and @elonmusk, you really need to start investing in more resources into the development and testing of FSD in the RHD market. I know it’s a lot smaller market, but we risk on falling further and further behind and as we all know, this is about safety. With the outright purchase of FSD ending here at the end of this month (in about 13 days), we really need more clarity on the rollout of v14 and HW3 so we can make an informed decision.

@cn_redoracle Taiwanese are Chinese. They will go back to China by themselves. Not a single bullet needed. They are pro China. Do you think they forgot what western countries did to them.

@ryanjaycowan How did you find the seats in the YL over the 5 days? It felt a bit cramped in the showroom and the seats seem much harder than the standard Juniper.

@CataPaul2 You forgot Australia - who gets 90% of its fuel from Singapore and South Korea. However those countries also process oil from middle east. Essentially 50% of our gasoline/diesel are affected by the closure.

"BAD DRIVER CRASHES INTO SOMETHING" wouldn't draw as many clicks as "VIDEO SHOWS CYBERTRUCK NEARLY DRIVE MOM AND BABY OFF OVERPASS: LAWSUIT", eh, @FoxBusiness ?
Ryan Duff@ryancduff

@elonmusk @wholemars @WR4NYGov So in the video Fox posted yesterday (watermarked by the law firm) the crash happened at ~4 seconds. So basically the entire video FSD was disabled and they were the ones crashing.

@TeslaInvestor0 likely for us - but our local stores have a 3% discount on cars so with the right deposit and payment period, it would cost us 0% interest.

Sure we do, most of the systems are oversized enough where a day's rain doesn't affect much. Besides, the solar system still produces a decent amount of electricity during rainy days. A storm that knocks out power, ie. hurricanes, don't last for days and its straight sunshine after. We don't get winter storms here.

People who drive antiquated ICE cars ask: “What if you run out of battery?” Fair question… assuming petrol stations always have fuel. But what if they don’t? My charger is at home, always available. Yours depends on a volatile supply chain and geopolitics. #Bettrification

@FaultyMotivator @EVCurveFuturist A lot of EV owners have solar + batteries - especially in Australia where the government has given out battery grants. The grid can die if it want to, most of these systems can run indefinitely as long as the sun is shining.

It’s clear from listening to him that he has no idea how to compete in this space
Sawyer Merritt@SawyerMerritt

Rivian CEO RJ Scaringe in new interview on self-driving: "@Tesla's got a huge fleet. So our approach is we have to catch up with them and compete. And so we're going to have more cameras with better dynamic range. We're going to supplement that with LiDAR that provides better safety for edge case conditions and allows us to train the vision models faster. And the incremental cost to do that is relatively small. And in fact any of the incremental costs that would have been there on its own is offset by the fact that we brought inference in house and reduced the cost of our inference platform so dramatically from what we have in your car. Your car uses an Nvidia inference platform. I say all this because in like the infinite long-term you know, you could make the case that once the models are very very robust you could have less cameras or you may be able to get away with less radar. It's not clear yet if that's the case for covering all these corner cases."
