How is your pacing, would you say? I'm wondering if immediate exertion intolerance and PESE are blurring into one for you because you may not be getting enough rest intervals or may be operating slightly beyond your capacity?

Seeing a few people talking about these "other crashes" they have that are "not PEM", that are "delayed" and "worse than PEM" and make you feel "poisoned". That is PEM, though. The thing you’re calling PEM and getting every afternoon is plain old exertion intolerance, not PEM. 🤦♀️

@deborahbrian @HalfThePerson I think that’s exactly what I’m doing. 🎯Today is a good case in point. I get so excited and I’ve been in a state all day of pushing myself beyond what I need to be doing. I feel like I’m on an international flight and refusing to sleep. I should’ve laid down and closed my eyes.

@deborahbrian @HalfThePerson But then sometimes I’m tired much of the day after something big like a doctor visit. I’m housebound and have a flight of stairs to get down. We certainly need more telehealth appointments.

Every day I watch the chaos in this country and think about how many people got it completely wrong on Joe Biden, especially Democrats and the media.
