@FI_InvestIndia Why would FIIs stay, if Nifty 50 gave 0 returns in last five years (in USD)? If they make little returns in some stocks, they have to pay taxes which kept growing over the last few years. If you are a global investor there isn’t an incentive to invest in India.

A decade back, a few Billion Dollar selling by FII would cause a Crash. Today it is just a Correction. Looks Painful. But Frankly just a Part of the Journey.
With Consistent Retail Inflows, DIIs are able to buy Strong Businesses at Throw away Valuations. FIIs can Exit. That is their Right. But they are Giving Us More Ownership of Growing Businesses.
Even in the past, FIIs have come back stronger. And it will happen again.
Only this time, our Dependency on FII has reduced a lot.

@dheeraj_bharat Our percapita grew from $600 to $1500 between 2004-2014. So we didn’t do that bad economically. After 12 years from 2014-2026 we are still at $3000 in a more protective world. So India progressed as the same pace no matter who is running the union government.

Many of my friends who recently moved to villas struggled hard to sell their existing flats and plots.
Outside IT employees, there are hardly buyers who can shed 1.5cr-2cr for a 2-3 bhk flat or 267 sq yards plot. Earning growth is stagnant.
