As a newcomer and a student of armor: I think it's a shame that the primaris range has kind of erased the previous desings (with their diverse visuals, flaws and lore). Even with very minor decoration/chapter exclusive elements, they have so much more character. Just having the "new perfect model" is so boring in comparison to each legion/chapter making use of design A or B for different reasons.

What if World of Warcraft was redone and they removed all the cartoonie graphics? Would it still hold its appeal or does the cartoon look contain a special nostalgic value that would change the game too much? 🤔
