@judy_oneill @nonregemesse i have sciatica from a herniated disc. i went to a phys therapist one time and was given a 15min routine to follow on my own, so now i do that core routine at least twice a week. since then I’ve been 95% pain free for three years now. it’s not that hard.

Good grief. A lot of ppl including me have limited mobility. The pain when walking (or standing) gets progressively worse with each step until it becomes unbearable. This is very common in people with back pain and/or sciatica. So we can walk a little but not a lot, so we need a wheelchair or scooter for anything longer than walking from the kitchen to the living room.

Absolutely nothing will prepares you for what this wheelchair user does when the chairlift at a train station doesn’t work.
