I got two new tools: bids.pics shows the MEV-Boost auction live, including bids, their timing, and dynamics that are usually opaque. xof.pics shows private/exclusive order flow at the block level. Both are built on data from @ethPandaOps. I had rough prototypes and the ideas for over a year, but never the bandwidth to finish them. The trick: implement the core logic and data preprocessing by hand, then let AI take over the rest. What used to take weeks now just ships.

we have ceded far too much control to the algos we replaced the nightly Walter Cronkite broadcast with “the feed” cable TV and the Internet allowed that transition, and for a while it was good. you had real diversity of thought and content in a way which was unprecedented (hence the glorious 1990s) but we have moved from a shared sense of reality to shared sense of un-reality. messaging now trends towards hate and division rather than unity because the algo has learned that this maximizes user seconds in the apps they say “the feed” is tailored to you, but what they mean is it’s tailored for them and why they want you to consume the tech and the capacity now exists for truly personalized algos, but they don’t want you to have them the next information revolution is still waiting to happen
