@sstrudeau A chunk of these are owner-occupied too, like ours. Not legal as a rental (our unit is in R4C and wasn't allowed a kitchen when we converted it.) It also feels punitive that the license costs $500

@kathrynsiu Ugh I'm sorry. That's my most frequent issue with inattentive / aggressive people driving. This is definitely a bad section of bike infrastructure. I assume the bridge width prevents a decent solution here? And I don't see any current plans to improve the bridge in SEMCOG's data
