@KakarotZkEvm gotta hand it to rand, zama not being able to build a fhe chain in any form and buying a zk chain instead to have at least “something” tangible is a solid business decision

We already announced we're cheaper than some OP-chains All thanks to the Feynman protocol upgrade that went live last week But we didn't just optimize fees Here's a summary of the whole upgrade:

Just figured @schizodio got $300k market cap Seriously? The whole community including the official accounts desperately puts cringe pfps on and you can’t event pump the price of 1 meme coin Isn’t it an embarrassment? How are you gonna convince new users who checked the “new hot thing” on Starknet and saw 300k market cap that Starknet is a great place to do whatever? Someone clearly doesn’t understand what he’s doing Istg there are so many people who know how to make Starknet win. These people are almost screaming on X “starknet we’re here, we’re ready to help, we got huge bags, we’re interested” The above is nothing but a pile of personal thoughts and frustration. Please ignore.

Hello everyone, I wanted to share that I am returning to the world of zk and privacy! I am super happy to announce I am joining @aztecnetwork as a Forward Deployed Engineer to accelerate a fully decentralized, privacy-protecting network! ZK is what got me initially into the industry, and I am so happy getting back into it. Aztec is tackling one of the hardest and most important problems in Web3, enabling privacy onchain. Institutions won’t adopt this tech at scale without strong privacy guarantees. This requires building a new blockchain, one built from scratch, where private computation and state are first-class primitives. I will be stress testing the hell out of the network, figuring out new protocol primitives we need, or need to improve, working on tooling and engineering problems, helping teams architect their application the right way on top of the network, and much more! I am super excited because it is a mix of engineering, research, and advocacy, all of which I equally enjoy! I'm super excited about all the cooking I'll be doing here! Thanks @arnaudschenk for this opportunity, also looking forward to be working with all super talented and cool people at Aztec! Now back to shipping, privacy gud, aztec gud!

@itamarl @argentHQ - does it enable paymaster? I think @TimBeiko mentioned on bankless that it doesn't. - not super familiar with the technical implementation of Guardians on the Starknet wallet (I think 2FA is a variant of Guardians?), what is preventing Guardians from being implemented on 7702?

@greged93 @argentHQ Definitely looking into it, but 7702 doesn't enable security features like 2FA and Guardians, so quite limited. Mostly multicall, paymaster and some form of recovery basically.

is @argentHQ considering relaunching its wallet on L1 with 7702?

@movementfdn Update an investor tells me it’s @Web3Port_Labs so avoid doing business with them at all costs and check their recent reposts for other projects they are potentially working with.

@bajpaiharsh244 @0x_ultra @megaeth latency of network is usually lower (more around 50 nowadays). Average human reaction time is 250ms, so you could comfortably have 2 or 3 times that and barely notice it. So 15 ms block time is a meme

@greged93 @0x_ultra @megaeth It does actually! If user has a latency of 200ms to a block builder and the block time is 500ms, then user latency for a tx: 200 + 200 + 500 = 900 ms But if blocktime is 10ms 200 + 200 + 10 = 510 Lower block times mean lower latencies

hey @DavidSacks @dannyryan is a former Ethereum core developer who led Ethereum through its most complex transition in its history, moving it from Proof of Work to Proof of Stake he is cofounder of a new organization called @Etherealize_io, designed to help introduce the world to building on Ethereum as the #2 public blockchain by market cap and a leader in decentralized programmable blockchains Danny would make an excellent representative for Ethereum and can help you not only brainstorm, but think through in deep technical detail how to architect systems which bring the US government and private businesses onchain please consider adding him to the invite list for this and future Digital Asset Summits
