Guys, I'm confused by the NFL playoff. You mean they don't have a committee that just decides what teams get in? How could they possibly know who deserves to be in the playoffs without a committee telling them? Traditionally, the Chiefs have been really good. Why are they out? Arizona is out? But they play in the NFC West. They'd be 17-0 in any other league. Why are they playing playoffs this weekend? Why aren't they waiting 24 days to play? Why is Denver so high? Their SOS isn't as good as the Bengals? Have you seen the SOS of the Bengals?

I saw some old dude ChatGPT voice asking for NFL scores and it broke my brain.

Whenever someone ends a sentence like that, like "My son is turning 8!", I interpret as factorial.

2024 prediction results - I'm scoring myself 6.5 out of 16, or 41%. Not bad. I wish the crazy bets I'd made had been in more interesting categories. 1. Ukraine & Russia will still be at war CORRECT. Too easy. 2. Nikki Haley will win the 2024 election WRONG. I was hoping a crazy prediction could come true, and this was definitely crazy. 3. The Fed Funds Rate will end <= 4.25% WRONG. Actually is 4.33%, closer than most predicted but still wrong. 4. 2024 Inflation will be <= 3.0% CORRECT. 2.7% 5. Apple Vision Pro will sell really well. The first experiences will be amazing – best in VR/AR so far – but the retention will be mediocre. Buyers of the Vision Pro will use their iPhones & Macs more than the VP. 50/50. Really a harbinger of the year to come 12. Warren Buffett will die WRONG. But the % chance is what every year? 13. Robert Caro will die with his final LBJ volume currently unpublished WRONG. 14. The S&P will surpass $5,500 CORRECT 15. Ratings for the Olympics’ opening ceremonies will be fewer than 10m people WRONG. 28 million. Most since 2012. Don't know why I bet against this...
