@westhamnetwork It’s the same as Kilman, at that price tag the graft isn’t enough. All of the positives you mentioned are true, but we didn’t have to pay what we paid to get that kind of player. I like him, but we needed some goals. At this point just a shot would be nice.

One side of the fanbase sees a player with a heavy touch, poor distribution and not enough quality on the ball for where West Ham want to be. Every misplaced pass gets highlighted and every attack that breaks down seems to come back to him. But then there’s the other side. The fans who absolutely love the bloke. They see the running, the pressing, the tackles, the graft, the dirty work nobody else wants to do. The type of player managers love because he sacrifices himself for the team and gives everything every single game. He might never be flashy. He might never be the player doing stepovers and scoring screamers. But football teams need workers as much as they need artists. And that’s why the debate around Pablo is so intense right now. So what’s the verdict? Is Pablo underrated because of the work he does off the ball… or are the critics right that he simply isn’t good enough technically? 👀⚒️

@AdamP1242 Supporters are not against Bowen. That is nonsense. He's had a poor season by his standards, but I have no doubt there are reasons why. If he wants to go, then he would have the blessing of most supporters I would imagine. He is loved & a legend.

Jarrod Bowen has been awful this season but I would take him in a heartbeat at Newcastle United btw Bridges seemed burnt at West Ham now with supporters completely against him but he is a huge improvement on the right side of the attack for us #NUFC
