@FACEIT_Darwin I got banned 2 years ago for cheating because I used that glitch, i created a new account and got banned for evasion, and my ban was extended till 14/4/2026. Today I got unbanned, played 1 match and in the second one I got banned for ban evasion. Can you help pls?

@FACEIT_Darwin @FACEITcs @FACEITSupport I am banned for cheating because i used an in game command, and after the evasion I received a mail saying that I will get unbanned on 14 april 2026, after I got unbanned i got perma ban. I understood from you in the past that the evasion should've added 2 more yrs to my ban.
