That girl isn’t any of those things. Women are healthiest at 17-20% body fat which she is. And that physique requires basically no physical activity, just stop eating too many calories. Literally 17% is trivial from diet alone. Going below that stops your period and makes you unhealthy and infertile which men know instinctively and thus rate as less pretty. Men are healthiest at 12-15% body fat which you can’t get to 12% without working out hard. And that dude? He’s under 10% which requires massive dedication, and careful diet so as to not harm your health because below 10% you body will have such little fat that the neurons in your brain lose their protective coating if you’re not eating perfectly and you’ll slowly go crazy. So the woman had to sacrifice over eating. The man had to go all in and be relentless never letting their guard down, working insanely hard and eating insanely carefully AND ALSO not over eating.
