@Bobstain_88 @fesshole If he is genuinely spending “most” of his time playing video games, at the expense of time with his wife a children , then it’s not good. If however he’s playing an hour an evening after spending time with them then it’s not really a problem. It’s all about priorities.

My husband spends most of his time at home playing video games. Probably to avoid communicating with me and our kids. He can play as many video games as he likes when I've sprung a divorce on him and he only sees the kids once a fortnight.

The fact that this was only prosecuted because there was clear evidence (the video) doesn’t change that it should be prosecuted. Sports is not an excuse to assault someone.
