Jestem wystarczająco stary by pamiętać, że po 2012 r. państwo polskie - niezależnie od zmian władzy - podjęło największy chyba w dziejach III RP wysiłek podbicia jakiegoś rynku pozaeuropejskiego: Chin. To były dosłownie setki delegacji w obie strony, targów, misji handlowych, matchmakingu - nawet sam Xi Jinping ugryzł polskie jabłko. Zjazdy 16+1, wizyty premierów, konsorcja mleczarni, kosmetyki, żywność, partnerstwa miast, witanie pociągów. Masę na prawdę wytężonej pracy dziesiątek ludzi i instytucji, raporty, szkolenia dla biznesu. Kto w tym wtedy uczestniczył, to na pewno to pamięta. Mam nadzieję, że ktoś to kiedyś spisze. Wiec na prawdę nie jest tak, że się jako kraj nie staraliśmy - ja nie widziałem nic podobnego na jakimkolwiek innym rynku. A jednak deficyt bije kolejne rekordy, o dostęp do rynkow regulowanych trudno się dobić, inwestorzy uciekają sparzeni, a Chiny to 3 promile polskiego eksportu żywności (H1-2024). Podobne doświadczenia ma wiele innych europejskich krajów, które raczej myślą jak się bezpiecznie z tych Chin zwijać. To może nie z nami jest coś nie tak, a z tym chińskim rynkiem? A może są bardziej obiecujące rynki w Azji, gdzie możemy lepiej spożytkować ograniczone zasoby? Zapraszam do refleksji - trudniejsza niż strzelanie do administracji państwowej na twitterze, ale obiecuje ze warta wysiłku. ‼️EU governments took no position today on the proposal for the bloc’s countervailing duties of up to 35.3 percent on Chinese battery electric vehicles, paving the way for the measures to be levied by the end of the month. With the inconclusive outcome of the vote (12 abstentions, 10 in favor, 5 against), the European Commission can decide to go ahead and impose the duties as planned.
