Every national pundit panel discussing Alberta separatism should have an Albertan present at the bare minimum. Conservatives currently living in Alberta or those with strong connections are preferable to those who don't live in Alberta or have minimal connections to the province beyond a shared party membership.

@gtlem Well, I know that native groups would challenge it. I believe it is inevitable at this point that this makes it to the Supreme Court of Canada, and as was said following this ruling you could see many provinces namely QC and others be a party to it.

An Alberta judge has just struck down a petition for an independence referendum in response to a legal challenge by First Nations. We may never find out how many signatures separatists really got, but their question will not go forward. Premier Smith has some decisions to make.
