Ironically, in a piece purportedly concerned with state funding, @josephmenn, like any typical smear artist, does not inform his audience that two of his key “expert” “sources” — the Atlantic Council and @ASPI_org — are funded by states and weapons manufacturers. In short, in writing about state-tied misinformation, @josephmenn is writing about @josephmenn.
