This picture reminds me of when I was in Hebron three years ago, a Muslim bus driver brought his rug and prayed peacefully, and then a Jewish settler came out of nowhere and assaulted him. After the incident, I was shocked and asked the bus driver how he was doing, and he described the occasion as a regular occurrence for many Palestinians in the West Bank, and they are not allowed even to lift a finger back at the settler assaulters because if they do, the Israeli soldiers in the background would make sure they'll either risk ending up in Israeli prisons or be killed. Witnessing Jewish settler terrorism firsthand definitely gave me new perspectives on aspects of the evils of the Israeli occupation I had not seen much in the media before, but nevertheless are seen as "normal" for Palestinians living under the occupation.
