@Halfords_uk How can you justify charging extra to book a specific MOT slot, starting it an hour and a half late (leaving me without a car overnight) and then charging over £70 for replacement windscreen wipers that show as £39 fitted on your website? 😲😡

@Halfords_uk Ordered wipers 21 April, ETA 2–3 days. DHL stuck it delayed on the 23rd. Called today, told to wait 4–7 working days for a callback before you'll even do anything. As a taxi driver, can't legally work without wipers. Please DM need refund or replacement out today.

Is it normal for Halfords to keep your bike for repaid for over a month? With the same repeated bullshit excuse. 3 spokes. That’s how long it takes a manufacturer to produce 3 spokes. Probably more as I’m still waiting. @Halfords_uk #halfords
