@AWSSupport I am locked out of my aws training account, its asking my to use my Builder Id and on using that it keeps sending me to the login page. I am able to use my builder id for other aws stuff just fine. Who should I reach out to for help?

The Slack redesign breaks the most useful feature. In the old design, I can see at a glance which Slack teams have unread messages for me. In the new design, I can see that there are unread messages but I have to click to examine which teams those messages are on. Do Not Want.👎

@geerlingguy @RedHat Oops!! Then they don’t really know your contributions towards redhat and ansible . Ignorance at best I would say.

Another @redhat employee (who labeled me as a clickbait influencer) tried to pull a "gotcha" saying I "personally benefit immensely" from AWX, citing my YouTube video. I made $500 from that video. And I wrote the literal AWX Operator Red Hat maintains.

Extremely disappointed with @alkaramstudio online shopping experience! 😡 Ordered a dress in February, made payment instantly, but it's been nearly four months and still no sign of delivery. Every follow-up gets a generic 'wait for two weeks' response. Unacceptable! 😠

@jeffgardnerdev true, there will always be some small teams trying to force NIST on them when they don't really need it :)

@hameedullah Yes it does make sense for the more security-sensitive orgs. Small teams may not need to be so concerned with that but then again maybe they shouldn't index on NIST in that case.

This is a rule in the NIST security standard in AWS Security Hub. I'm of the opinion that a Lambda should NOT be in a VPC unless it needs access to private VPC resources. Requiring all Lambdas to be in a VPC regardless of practical need seems overly restrictive. Thoughts?

@scott_lowe When you upgrade EKS AWS needs at least 5-6 IP addresses to be free to recreate the xENI

@scott_lowe For this reason we have strictly policy not to create 2 clusters in same VPC

Hey #AWS #EKS experts: what are the reasons I should *NOT* run multiple EKS clusters in a single VPC, if any? Similarly, what are the reasons I *SHOULD* use a separate VPC for every EKS cluster? Pointers to resources/articles are welcome.

I really want to appreciate @official_pcaa , I arrived yesterday at Jinnah International airport. The airport staff was way way nicer than I have ever seen them, there was proper queueing at immigration, Traffic outside arrivals was zero. Hope it continues..

@0xdabbad00 I will agree to this, SCP were supposed to be for services not revoking user access. It’s definitely a workaround which is not recommended and points towards a weak identity provider controls

The idea that access for a user should be revoked via an SCP, instead of through the identity provider integration somehow, seems very wrong. In my opinion, SCP creation and modification should be very rare and planned events, not an expected workflow for employee off-boarding.
