@GlossyboxUK for the love of god. How do I get you to stop sending me SMS messages? I keep deleting, reporting junk, have changed all preferences.. how do I make it stop??

@WeAreOpenreach @SkyHelpTeam we have (had) Sky broadband. On Tuesday someone from OpenReach did something in our village and cut us off. Sky said Openreach would fix it in 2 days. Still not working. Openreach won’t talk to us as we’re not customers, Sky have no info. WHAT?!

They are a legit company but if you take an entire annual subscription up front surely there is an obligation to tell people you are about to do it so they can cancel if they don’t want it anymore. They did refund me, waiting to see when money arrives.

@GlossyboxUK you just took two more annual subscriptions from me without any warning or reminder that they were being taken. This is really underhand. How do I get this refunded?
