$178k spent on one ad alone, 3,550 purchases. People keep sleeping on statics. Sometimes the simplest creative wins. The team (just me) just keeps cooking and I don't see it stopping anytime soon. If you're not testing statics alongside your video you're leaving money on the table.

@ecom_cork Tested a lot around the space to write static ads. Only one of these brands actually worked, personally. But what people don't realise is that if they don't change their lifestyle, then there is no point in supplementing for it. But one brand worked really well for me.
H@hangmanecom

I was planning to test @mengotomars out so that I can create some static ads and pitch it to them. Do you think it's a good idea?

Hey team, sorry for being annoying again. But either you've discovered a breakthrough in human endocrinology, or something is very wrong with this review. 254 to 861 ng/dL in 6 weeks. A 607 ng/dL increase. Injecting yourself with testosterone enanthate at 500mg per week in a cycle typically produces total testosterone levels of 1500 to 2500 ng/dL. But it takes around 8 weeks or so just to reach stable blood levels. And that is pharmaceutical grade exogenous testosterone replacing your natural production entirely. Clinical TRT at 200mg per week takes ~8 to 12 weeks to stabilize. Most men land between 500 and 800 ng/dL. The best published human study on any natural testosterone intervention ever conducted showed increases of 46 to 122 ng/dL over 12 weeks using a patented highly potent standardized extract. Joshua allegedly beat all of that in 6 weeks with a capsule. 607 ng/dL in 6 weeks has never been documented in any human being in any clinical study in the history of endocrinology research. Definitely not from supplements. Extreme endogenous spikes of this magnitude do exist in medical literature, but they're associated with testosterone secreting tumours. Aggressive steroid protocols at 1000mg+ per week, which are considered extreme doses, would typically push levels to 2000+ ng/dL but that's pharmaceutical grade exogenous testosterone, not a capsule. There's really only two scenarios: 1) This review is completely fabricated and there is no Joshua that has gotten these results. OR 2) Joshua is on an extremely high dose steroid cycle simultaneously, but even then the numbers don't quite add up, and that would have nothing to do with the supplement. Would love if a Doctor like @AbudBakri can fact check me on this miracle experienced by Joshua AFTER ~1.5 months of taking a supplement to make sure that I'm not lying. @mengotomars

We’ve had over 4000 downloads of our Meta resources in 2026 and we’ve put them all in one place for you to access. The Meta Vault is a free, ungated collection of our best Meta resources - 8 guides, playbooks, and frameworks that represent everything we know about winning on Meta in 2026. It covers the full picture: why the algorithm changed, what it means for creative strategy, and the exact systems that high-performing DTC brands are running right now. Meta's algorithm changed everything in October 2025. Targeting precision is no longer the performance lever. Creative is. The brands pulling away from the pack right now aren't just producing more ads - they're running a system. Persona-driven, research-backed, and built to feed the algorithm exactly what it needs to find new audiences at scale. Every resource in this vault exists to help you build that system. We recommend working through these in order. Each one builds on the last - from understanding what's changed, to diagnosing the problem, to building the system, to scaling it. Retweet this post and comment “meta vault” and we’ll send it your way.

@dtcprophet Where would someone get “all of Meta's documentation on Gem, Lattice, Sequencing and Andromeda” so we could build this?

Create a project in Claude and upload all of Meta's documentation on Gem, Lattice, Sequencing and Andromeda. Then every time you have a new creative, upload it and ask Claude to analyze it against all of Meta's systems and tell you whether it aligns or not. Based on the documentation and your creative, it will go through: Clear motivator/concept - Does the ad communicate a distinct value proposition (pain point, benefit, or emotional trigger)? Persona specificity - Is it designed for a specific customer type that GEM can match to? Standalone comprehension - Can Meta's AI understand what the ad is about and who it's for without relying on other ads in a sequence? Format appropriateness - Does it fit the creative category (UGC, founder story, product demo, testimonial, comparison, problem/solution)? Signal clarity - Are there clear signals for Andromeda's retrieval system to match this to relevant users? Journey stage fit - Does it clearly serve awareness, consideration, or conversion? Then, you will know whether or not you have an ad worth putting into your ad account. Next level would be to somehow get claude access to your ad account to see every single ad that is live and it's user journey, and find the gaps for you build.

Updates since shifting to intentional focus: - Shut down 2 in house brands to focus on building brands I actually enjoy. - Static ad agency working with select 7 to 9 figure brands crossed 10k plus months. - Doubling down on the agency and expanding into video, motion, and organic. - Quit my role as a brand strategist to go all in on the agency. - Still looking to learn and work with the best in the space. What last years 'hustle/grind culture' taught me: 1. Unless you go for it and try, you’ll never know how big you can win. 2. There’s no prize for grinding yourself into misery. If you enjoy the work, it shouldn’t feel like constant force. It should feel like flow.
H@hangmanecom

Hustle/grind culture is the fastest way to destroy your body. For most of last year, I barely stepped outside. Barely had a social life. All I did was work. Sleep got worse, strength stalled and a decline in clarity and memory. And that was just a few; all of it compounded over the year. From the outside, it looks like 'discipline' but your body pays a huge price for it. I still obsess over every part of ecom. I love the work. But it doesn't make sense to trade output for health. And no supplement helps if your baseline is fried. This year is about cutting what doesn’t matter and building flow, not burn.

@dtcprophet @CoachDanGo Most of these are foundational supplements that correct age-related deficits. Labs will help in refining the dosage but they are are mostly basics.

@CoachDanGo Did you have them get blood testing done so know which supplements their body actually needs? How do you know they even need to supplement these 5 things?

I could be wrong or may have missed some documentation, but here’s how I see it. "If they were seen as the same asset by Meta it would only spend on one version of the ad, but this isn’t the case" - I don't think Meta talks about how only one ad will take over all the spend, and I'm not sure if they imply that in any way. That said, I agree with the broader point. Here's why: Meta does state that creative diversity is needed to combat creative fatigue. Under the creative diversity umbrella lies all the id differentiation. Creative fatigue is about audience exposure. It occurs when people have seen the same or very similar creative too many times and performance drops. I believe that if fatigue has not been reached, multiple variations can still perform, even if they are closely related. It’s when performance declines across iterations that having truly distinct creatives becomes more important. I might have missed on some documentation here but do let me know if I'm wrong.

Because I can see what happens with spend distribution in my ad account We have never moved away from small variations for each batch (hook or headline) And still see multiple of those ads taking significant spend within each of these ad sets If they were seen as the same asset by Meta it would only spend on one version of the ad, but this isn’t the case I know Meta have came out and said about this asset ID thing but I believe what I see with my own eyes more than what they say
