@Treatwelluk I’ve been trying to amend a booking for Tomorrow morning , tried a few times all day and the website won’t load - worried I’m now going to lose my money as it’s too late to sort.

@petewalkerbbc @sainsburys @sainsburys we had the same experience with our 1st post coronavirus online Shopping, so many bags. I understand safety is paramount but it really was excessive. I too will be going back to in store shoppin until there’s a reduction in plastic bags.

@sainsburys We're reverting back to in-store shopping now... which isn't the preferred option... but thanks for the quick response nonetheless.

Hi @sainsburys. We ask for no plastic bags in our online deliveries - but not sure the message is getting through. Perhaps something worth checking out.

@easyJet @dannywilson1971 Thanks @Easyjet I applied for a refund on 17th March and was told 7 days. We would have considered rebooking at the time but you were not allowed to rebook very far in advance. We would be open to rebooking now instead however this is no longer an option for me on the hub.

@easyJet I applied for a refund over 30 days ago but haven't heard since. Do I need to do anything else? Also if the refund has not yet been processed we would be happy to look at rebooking options but this option is not available in my manage bookings anymore.

@dannywilson1971 @easyJet Thanks Daniel, sounds like you are in the same position as me. I was originally told 7 days, then 30 days, I understand @Easyjet are extremely busy but it would help if they didn't keep giving out wrong information.

@bbctms We had tickets but I was 37 weeks pregnant and thought best not to travel 200 miles. Went Camping instead, listened to the final overs on radio in the campsite car park. Our son arrived two weeks later, thought it appropriate to give him the middle name Benjamin. #bbccricket
