Just want to give a shout out to all the #emergencyservices partners...the ones that move Christmas, Birthdays, Anniversaries, Festivals, Easter, Bank Holidays, Sundays, and just "time together" around shifts. Hi-five to all of you. Our partners are amazing 👏 but so are we!

Sitting in the garden in the strong sun of late spring. The ducks and chickens are free ranging, and the dogs are sunbathing. The herbs are growing in abundance. The garden needs tidying. The house still needs renovating, but right now, in this moment, this is heaven.

It’s great to celebrate the breathtaking beauty of British wildlife. But to pull the episode that explains that much of it is under threat makes the whole series impotent as a force for good. I bet SDA isn’t happy and we deserve better from @BBC, a public service broadcaster.

Healthcare staff and scientists are doing the best they can to save lives. They shouldn’t fear for their safety at work. This is incredibly upsetting for us to watch. Please like if you think this is unacceptable, and RT if you’re behind staff.

@PintSizedFarmer So sorry to hear this. It's rubbish that people feel the need to judge others, but as tough as it is, try to ignore them. I have SAPHO syndrome which affects my clavicles, and when I have a flare up I get snarky comments from 3 of my colleagues about how I'm shirking.

Having a flare up of CFS. Was diagnosed in my 20s. I tried to ignore it, due to the stigma. Makes me feel lazy and a hypochondriac. It goes on for weeks. The tiredness & aches makes it feel like dragging yourself through treacle every day! #cfs #chronicfatiguesyndrome
