@makemytripcare I hv made a booking in the morning and got a confirmed ticket for Mumbai to BLR airIndia. After 2 hours I get an email stating my trip is cancelled and initiated by me. It was a joke and I haven’t done anything at all. It was a technical glitch in their systems

@MakeMyTripTech Customer care is useless, phone number 0124-4628747 doesn’t work to talk to an agent. Call back promise is a lie. Agents cut the call off, even doesn’t listen. Adamant that it’s my fault. Escalation doesn’t work. Please don’t book at MakeMy Trip to all users. Fraud service

@makemytrip booked a ticket from BOM to BLR. Ticket got confirmed and after 2 hours I get a message saying I cancelled the ticket and zero refund. I haven’t even logged into their system and customer care are so adamant and say it’s my fault. Very bad service. I shall fight.

@klhoponhopoff one of the worst experiences in KL. Unfriendly staff. University students have discount tickets where as high school students from 12-15 are charged adult prices. #motac it’s waste giving awards and recognition to the crappy service. No commentary either.

@airindia One of the worst airlines. I am travelling to BOM and the lady at checkin desk was very arrogant and didn’t hear my plea. I told her I have international flight and I had only one cabin luggage with laptops in front flap. I was forced to checkin removing my laptop.

Will go to consumer courts and twitter about bad incident within a week of purchase and parents couldn’t raise support call within a weeks time. I had to do after 14 days. I will post on the internet regd the incident and pictures
