@niravshah48 concern you have is not limited to Kashmir , same happens i e.g Himachal or Uttrakhand, there should be check on the packages offered by travel agents . 14 days Swiss trip pass is too expensive and can’t be compared with Kashmir package, you are comparing apples with onions

@AnupamMittal I have done 14 day swiss trip with u limited travel pass with access to train, boats,trans and bus with trips to museum and all included in that...in Kashmir for 9 days I had to fall prey to local taxi operators who have monopoly and local pony riders local travel agents.scary

I respect Sadam Sir because he has provided many doctors to the valley. Maybe he is still new to the digital field, but he should ensure that the team he has hired properly cross-checks all selections. A girl submitted a fake report card to his team, and they didn’t even verify whether it was genuine or not. They’ve spent lakhs on advertising this fake selection over the past two days. Sadam Sir, as a student, I respectfully request you to please review your system and see the kind of unqualified people you’ve hired. If this continues, people will lose trust in local institutions. @tomleczot It’s ok to disagree with someone view , but not at cost of hurling abuses , secondly , non teaching jobs can be provided to locals but the teaching jobs should be based on merit , we have seen how in JK bank, KU and IUST, kiths and kins have been appointed .

Pulwama welcomes the establishment of an NIT, but seizing 5000 kanals of land is unacceptable. Without fair compensation and guaranteed jobs for locals, this project will face strong resistance.

@OmarAbdullah @sakinaitoo @RuhullahMehdi @JKNC_ it’s ironical you advertised lecturer posts without clearing unfairness about reservations, these 572 posts will decide future for many years , any unfair selection would be a disaster for coming years, better to mend it now than repent later

I understand the emotions surrounding the reservation issue. JKNC had committed to examining all aspects of it in our manifesto released before the assembly elections. It is as a continuation of this commitment that a cabinet sub-committee was constituted to move towards fulfilling this promise. That sub-committee was only recently notified & is in the process of starting its work by engaging with all stakeholders. In the mean time the reservation policy has also been challenged in the Hon’ble High Court of JK&L. We will, of course, be bound by any judgement when the final legal options have been exhausted. It has come to my attention that a protest is being planned in Srinagar to highlight the sense of injustice surrounding the reservation policy. Peaceful protest is a democratic right & I would be the last person to deny anyone that right but please protest knowing that the issue has not been ignored or swept under the carpet. Your government is doing what any responsible government would do - making sure everyone is heard & a fair decision arrived at after completing due process.
